The roles, responsibilities, procedures and functions of Durham & Cleveland LTA are laid down in our 2026 Constitution Durham & Cleveland LTA operates as an Unincorporated Association. We are guided by the principles of the Lawn Tennis Association (LTA) in setting our operational standards. The work of Durham & Cleveland LTA is financed by an annual grant fund from the LTA and the invaluable financial support we receive from our sponsors, which we acknowledge with extreme gratitude.

The work of the County is led by the Executive Committee which meets at least 4 times per year. Meeting dates for 2026 are 19th January, 16th March, 1st June and 12th October.

The 2026 AGM will be held via Teams videoconference at 7.o0pm on Thursday, 26th March 2026.  The  Annual Accounts for 2023 – 24 were presented for approval at the 2025 AGM and show the range of activities for which the County is responsible. The approved Minutes of AGM 18th April 2024 are available and draft minutes of the 2025 meeting presented here will be formally approved at the 2026 AGM.
