To operate Durham & Cleveland LTA, we need to hold and use personal data. The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) was made law on 25 May 2018 to strengthen an individual’s rights. We have entered into an Information Sharing Protocol with the LTA which regularises the sharing of personal data by both LTA and Durham & Cleveland LTA.

We have also adopted an Internal Privacy Policy for all those that carry out a role for Durham & Cleveland LTA and an External Privacy Policy for anyone else that interacts with Durham & Cleveland Tennis.
