The roles, responsibilities, procedures and functions of Durham & Cleveland LTA are laid down in our Constitution. We are guided by the principles of the Lawn Tennis Association (LTA) in setting our operational standards. The work of Durham & Cleveland LTA is funded by the annual registration fees of our member clubs, grant support from the LTA and the invaluable financial support we receive from our sponsors, which we acknowledge with extreme gratitude.

The Durham & Cleveland LTA Annual Accounts are presented to the AGM for approval each year. The 2024 AGM was held at Sunderland Tennis Centre and via Zoom videoconference at 7.30pm on Thursday, 18th April 2024. The  Annual Accounts  for the year to September, 2023 were presented for approval and show the range of activities for which the County is responsible.
