GENERAL ADMINSTRATOR WANTED
New Blackwell Lawn Tennis Club is looking for an energetic, enthusiastic, and conscientious individual who, working alongside the committee, will help manage its facility, membership, and the administration of tennis activities.
The individual needs to be pro-active, self-motivated, and able to manage their workload effectively.
A basic knowledge of IT skills will be required and the ability to establish and maintain accurate records and accounts.
Some understanding of tennis would be desirable.
The hours will be annualised and therefore flexible to meet the needs of the tennis club. The workload will vary from week to week, with certain months requiring more time application than others. The role is predominantly home-based, however, some attendance will be required at the club.
Hours & Remuneration
Part time annualised hours equivalent to 3 hours per week to be reviewed after 6 months
Rate of pay £15 /hour

Membership
Accounts
Responsibility for payment and renewal of all services supplied to the club….eg. LTA fees and public liability; building and contents insurance; utilities and TV license; cleaning services and garden maintenance; garden refuse collection; entry fees for all tennis leagues.
Repairs and Maintenance
Management of Club Tennis
Carry out any other reasonable duties required by the committee during the year.
