Durham & Cleveland County LTA are again running a County Closed Seniors Tournament this year. It is now open for entries, closing on 9th July. There are competitions for Women’s Singles and Doubles and Mixed Doubles at Over 40, 50 & 60, and for Men’s Singles and Doubles at Over 45, 55 & 65. Preliminary rounds are played at a mutually agreed venue and Semi-finals and Finals are played over the weekend of 23rd – 24th August at Durham Archery Tennis Club. Qualification criteria require the player to be either born in, have resided for min 5 years in or be currently resident in County Durham, Tees Valley Combined Authority, South Tyneside, Sunderland or Gateshead local authorities.
