Our junior teams are required to travel to distant venues and at times stay overnight to compete in the County’s name and we recognise our responsibility to ensure that every child involved is cared for and protected.

Durham & Cleveland LTA adheres in full to LTA Event and Competition Guidance which provides clear guidelines on the roles and responsibilities of players, parents, coaches and volunteers. Complementing the national guidance, D&C LTA has produced a County specific Travel Policy for use by County officials in the administration of travel arrangements and for reference by players, parents, team captains and volunteers (acting in official capacity).
