County Performance Lead – Vacancy

Durham & Cleveland County LTA Executive Committee are looking to employ a part-time, self-employed County Performance Lead. The Lead will be responsible for organising and delivering the County Junior Coaching Programme and supporting the Executive Committee in achieving the objectives set out in the County Action Plan, agreed KPI targets and the performance improvement goals laid down by the LTA.

A retainer is paid to provide for the administrative responsibilities of the role, amounting to approx. 500-600hrs pa. It is anticipated that the successful applicant will also deliver approximately 50% of the Junior County Coaching programme, for which additional payment will be made.

Qualification/Experience: LTA Accredited+ Level 4 (Minimum) coach with full driving licence, good administrative, IT and inter-personal skills. Please refer to the job description for more details
